Nicky Donaghue, Office Manager
Nicky Donaghue joined the Society in 1995 on a temporary contract at our Middlesbrough Branch. Then in early 1996, she took up a permanent position at the Tubwell Row branch, full-time as a Customer Service Assistant until returning to Middlesbrough Branch, taking on the role of CSA/Arrears Administration Clerk.
In 2000, Nicky attained the CeMAP qualification and became a qualified Registered Mortgage Advisor. In 2002, Nicky studied and passed the CerGI examination before being promoted to Office Manager at the Society's Guisborough Branch. In 2004, Nicky moved to Redcar in the same capacity.
In March 2005, Nicky's hard work and dedication was recognised as she was awarded the Darlington Building Society staff member of the year award (branch based). Congratulations Nicky!
