If you have seen a savings account on our website and want to apply, or you simply want to know more, we will help you every step of the way.  This is what you need to do next.

If you know which savings account you want to apply for, you can download an application form now.

Before you complete the application form, please make sure that you have read and understand the full product terms and conditions. If you need any help filling in the form, please email us or telephone us on 01325 366366 during office hours.

You will need to send in a cheque and proof of your identity with your application form.

visit a branch

If you would prefer to speak to one of our trained branch staff face to face, you can call into your local branch to open an account. You will need to bring with you:

  • a cheque or cash for at least the minimum investment, to open the account
  • proof of your name, for example a full UK passport or full driving licence
  • proof of your address, for example a bank statement, council tax or utility bill (less than three months old)
