Based at Head Office is a dedicated Training Department and well equiped Training Suite. We offer a wide range of in-house training courses together with a range of computer based training programmes which have been specifically designed for our staff and are readily available on all Society PCs.
The Society also supports and offers financial assistance to staff who wish to take relevant qualifications. We actively encourage membership of the appropriate professional bodies such as the institute of financial services (ifs), Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
All Society staff now participate in a tailored Training and Competency Scheme appropriate for their role.
This commitment has led to the Society achieving and maintaining Investor in People status since 1996.
