Our maximum lending will be based on between 65% and 80% of the lower purchase/valuation price depending on the nature of the property. For commercial investment property, rental income should cover mortgage interest in the ratio of 4:3.

- Café or restaurant with owner’s living accommodation - 70%
- Post Office with owner’s living accommodation - 70%
- Professional office - 80%
- Residential or commercial investment property - 75%
- Private hotel (up to 20 bedrooms) - 70%
- Guest house with owner’s living accommodation - 75%
- Housing Association developments or individual properties - 75%
- Private care residential and nursing homes - 75%
- Farms (which are not subject to agricultural holding legislation) - 65%
