|There are many varied roles within the Society all of which involve customer contact. Three of the most important roles are:
Customer Service Consultant
Based within our branch network you will be fully trained and competent to interview prospective mortgage customers and provide mortgage advice. As well as in house training you will be fully CeMap (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualified and be part of the Society's Training & Competency Scheme. Taking leads from Customer Service Consultants you will answer queries, provide mortgage advice and promote all Society products and services as well as being fully focused on sales.
Head office clerical
The majority of our administrative roles are within our Head office departments. Here you will provide the administration for mortgages, accounts, customer sales and many other areas. You will provide technical advice and support to branch staff and you will deal with customer enquiries. Your role will involve mostly written or telephone requests with occasional face to face contact. There will also be regular dealings with professional contacts including solicitors, banks, estate agents and accountants.
