mortgage regulation

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) is an independent regulator set up by the Government to look after the financial services industry and protect customers.

The FSA have regulated our mortgages for homes since 31 October 2004.  What this means is that we must follow the rules laid down by the FSA in respect of how we arrange and look after your mortgage.

Mortgage regulation will affect you if you are currently in the process of applying for a mortgage or further loan with us.

We only offer our own mortgages and we can provide two levels of service to help you choose the most suitable mortgage for you.

For more information about the FSA or mortgage regulation, you can visit their website at www.fsa.gov.uk
