Annual General Meeting 2021

Your chance to have your say

Annual General Meeting 2021

This year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held virtually on Monday 26 April 2021 at 6.00pm.

As a mutual, we strongly believe in helping our local communities and promoting the benefits of online voting for the environment. Therefore, we donated to charity for every vote cast. This year, 3,920 members voted, with every postal vote generating a 50p donation, and every online vote raising £1.

Members voted in favour of Teeside Hospice and we were able to donate a total of £2,522.
