Annual General Meeting 2021

Your chance to have your say

Annual General Meeting 2021

For your safety, we will be holding this year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on Monday 26 April 2021 at 6.00pm.

If you would like to join the virtual meeting, email social@darlington.co.uk and we will send you the very simple joining instructions before the day of the meeting.

The very best part of the AGM is always your questions, and I would therefore encourage you to submit your questions by email to social@darlington.co.uk before 5.00 pm on Wednesday, 21 April 2021.

As a mutual, we strongly believe in helping our local communities and promoting the benefits of online voting for the environment. Therefore, this year for every valid vote made online, we will donate £1 to a local charity. For every valid vote made via post we will donate 50p to a local charity. What’s more, you can help select the charity to receive the total donated from this year’s AGM votes by selecting from the short list on the proxy form sent to you in your voting pack.

If you have received your voting pack in the post but would prefer to vote online, please visit ballot.ukevote.uk/darlingtonbs. You will need your Unique Security Code which is printed in your voting pack.
