Our Guisborough branch is not going anywhere.
It hasn’t been easy to watch the local banks of Guisborough close their doors to the public. At Darlington Building Society, we understand the importance of choice and place value in our face-to-face service.
The Society has been committed to supporting members since 1856 and has no plans to stop. Our place on the high street is something we take pride in. Having a welcoming place for our members to come and speak to us is not something we plan to change.
We are invested in our community and, through our Guisborough branch, support local charities such as The Bridge, Teesside Community Action Group, Rubies and Door Ways. Ensuring we give back to the causes close to the Guisborough community’s heart.
Our Guisborough branch can be found on Westgate (Guisborough high street), next door to Brickyard Bakery. We are open 6 days a week to put money in, take money out or even open a new savings account. Can’t get down? Then simply get in touch and we will arrange a telephone appointment. We are always happy to help you and keep your best interest at heart.
Nicky Donoghue, Branch Manager in Guisborough said: “We love being part of Guisborough high street, our members are amazing and brighten our lives every single day. They support our charity work, donating what they can, when they can, to help our latest good cause.
“We’re going nowhere and look forward to welcoming new and old members in the coming weeks, months and years to come.”
