Our charity is an independent charity run by local people who strive to provide services that help improve the life and independence of older people, people with a disability or health conditions, their families and carers in our community.

Through our Information, Advice, Guidance & Support Service, Incontinence Resources & Support, Wheelchair & Mobility Aid Loan Service, Home Independence Project, Armchair Exercises for people with MS, Motor Neurone, Parkinson’s Disease and mobility problems, Dementia Projects, Cancer Caring Kits we aim to address age, disability & health related issues, deteriorating mental & physical health, social & rural isolation, loneliness, hopelessness, deteriorating mobility and independence, inactivity and problems faced by family and carers of loved ones.

We rely on Charities, Trusts, Foundations and donations to keep going and appreciate very much if you could vote for us so that we receive a donation from Darlington Building Society.
