Quality Assurance Manager
I manage the Quality Assurance(QA) function within the Society, ensuring the co-ordination and effective delivery of the QA Framework and monitoring throughout the business.
Within the team there is myself and a QA Officer – Sharon Willetts. The QA function was established in 2015 for direct mortgages and expanded in 2016 to include all key control areas of the business. The function has been set up to ensure the service the Society provides is fit for purpose, consistent and complies with internal policies, controls and procedures.
Our aim is to work with the business in the first line, to assist in ensuring processes are followed, effective and efficient. QA acts as the conscience of the Society and provides advice and guidance to managers and staff.
