Branch Operations Manager

I currently lead the branch network, which consists of 10 branches spread across our region.  Our network focuses on providing excellent customer service, being knowledgeable, helpful and friendly to our existing and new members, as well as having a strong presence within the local community, whereby we volunteer and share our skills and space.

I joined the Society in 2004, whereby I started as a part time Customer Services Consultant.  Having successfully progressed within the organisation through various roles, always ensuring the customer remained the heart of our organisation, supporting my team with their personal development and obtaining relevant qualifications , I was successfully appointed as Branch Operations Manager in August 2016.  I have enjoyed every working day with the Society, as here you have the opportunity to make a difference in providing an excellent customer journey, to up skill and develop within your career and be part of a working family.  I personally feel it is a great place to work and it is a pleasure speaking to our members on a daily basis ensuring we are able to support their individual needs.
