Within the Society staff members all have different professions and hobbies. All staff are entitled to use 2 volunteering days to benefit our community.

Darlington Building Society staff make a difference through sharing their skills, knowledge, enthusiasm and time with local organisations - this includes everything from helping to write a risk assessment, providing financial education in schools, chairing meetings through to gardening and painting to improve premises.
