Can I change my payment date for my Home Insurance?

Payment dates can be changed however policies cannot run in arrears. This may mean that if a payment date is amended, two payments may be collected less than one month apart. Please note that regardless of any changes, only 12 payments will be taken throughout the policy year.

If your policy is with Novae, due to the agreed credit agreement in place, the policy may be able to be moved with more flexibility.
