The deadline imposed by the Financial Conduct Authority for the mis-selling of Payment Protection Insurance is 29th August 2019.
We are unable to consider any complaints regarding the mis-selling of Payment Protection Insurance received after this date. Please note the Society stopped selling Payment Protection Insurance in December 2008.
If you have already complained prior to the deadline of 29th August 2019, you will receive a response in line with our internal complaints policy.
