**Pre-approved Directly Authorised firms are where an existing relationship exists with the Society and business has been submitted within the last six months. The Society generated online ESIS illustration facility is currently unavailable and therefore please confidentially destroy the online ESIS illustration generated as a result of this application. You should only issue ESIS illustrations which have been generated through your own sourcing systems.

Applications will be considered on a repayment basis where the term of the mortgage does not extend beyond age 85 for either applicant.

The Society will NOT consider interest only loans which take the borrower into retirement or where the borrower is in retirement. We have assumed the retirement age is state retirement.
A mortgage will be considered as residential not BTL where an applicant or family member intends to live in the property either now or in the future.
The Society does not offer CBTL mortgages. A mortgage will be considered as a CBTL mortgage where an applicant is a first time landlord and they or another family member has lived in the property since purchase or they have inherited the property.


Minimum requirements -  once the application has been submitted please supply the following documents in all cases:

  • 2 months Proof of Income (Pensions Statements/letters, 2 months payslips/SA302 and Tax Overview).
  • 3 months Bank Statements for all accounts.
  • Completed Direct Debit Form
