If your current mortgage deal is coming to an end we have made the process really straightforward to switch. There are no application forms to complete, no credit searches and no assessment of your income or expenditure.
You will be assigned a mortgage advisor who will support you through your mortgage switch, should you need it, and our advice is free.
So that you don’t miss the end of your current mortgage deal, we will get in touch three months before your deal ends. That way you have plenty of time to decide which mortgage deal you would like to switch to.
