Our commitment to whistleblowing

We are committed to encouraging a culture of openness, accountability, and transparency.

We support members of staff to speak up whenever they see or experience any misconduct.

We hope everyone feels able to raise their concerns with us, through the normal channels.

However, we understand that this may not always possible. Anyone can therefore raise their concerns confidentially or anonymously through our whistleblowing process.

All concerns raised are investigated thoroughly, following our Whistleblowing Policy and Procedures.

Moreover, any member of staff can raise a whistleblowing concern with the Financial Conduct Authority or Prudential Regulation Authority, without first reporting it to us.
